Dr. Jing Li is a general dentist with over 30 years experience in both China and America. Dr. Li graduated dental school in 1991 in China and worked at her alma mater until she went on to get her masters degree in preventive dentistry in 1999. Dr. Li did oral cancer research at Yale University from 1999 to 2003, but she knew her heart truly lay in the practice of treating patients, so she attended Boston University's Goldman School of Dentistry and earned a DMD degree and American license to practice dentistry again in America.
Dr. Li moved to Ohio in 2013, joined our office in 2015, and has since then been a vital part of our practice. As a lifelong learner, she enjoys attending continued education and evolving her knowledge as the practice of dentistry grows. Not only is she a skilled and experienced dentist, but also a dedicated wife and mother. She loves spending time with her family and is actively involved in her church community. Dr. Li and her husband are avid movie watchers and love to curl up on the couch with their two cats, Asparagus and Jean Shorts, also known as Gus and Jorts, cleverly named by their two daughters.
When you meet Dr. Li, it's clear that she is very passionate about both dentistry and her personal life. We are grateful to have her as part of our team. Dr. Li truly embodies the values of our practice—care, compassion, and community.

I started working at Sawmill Dental Care in 2021 and since that time, it has been an honor to work with Dr. Li. We see a variety of patients and we treat all of them like family. This group of dental professionals practice with compassion. We simply love what we do! I enjoy spending time educating and encouraging my patients in maintaining good oral health. By ensuring a positive dental experience, I build confidence and trust with my patients. In my free time I enjoy hiking and spending time with my family.
Dental Assistant
Elsa is currently an assistant, but is also working hard to become a dental hygienist. Born in Ecuador and fluent in both English and Spanish, Elsa is a true multilingual whiz. When she's not busy helping our patients, she loves to unwind by cooking, cleaning, and, of course, studying for school.
Dental Assistant
Belen is a dental assistant at both the Sawmill and Westerville locations. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She has been assisting for nearly five years, which all started from an internship she accepted in high school. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is a huge fan of Roosters, her go-to spot. She also has two adorable kitties named Coco and Chanel that she loves to spend time with.
