We DO NOT accept Buckeye Health, Aetna Better Help, Molina, Caresource Community Health plan or Bronze plan. We also DO NOT accept HMO or DHMO plans.
We welcome all Self Pay patients as well! Payments for services are due at the end of every appointment. Our office does not do payment plans. The method of payments we accept are CareCredit, Card, and Cash.
